For a Tochav hozer it is forbidden to import a vehicle for over four years.
For an oleh Hadach there is no limit.
To import a car to Israel you must verify that the model already exists in Israel.

In addition you must:
Certificate of the date the vehicle left the factory.
Certificate of the ability to repair the car brand by a dealer in Israel.
Valid certificate of insurance (check your insurance covers RISK IN ISRAEL).
